I love my charms that I got. I have been searching for ten select charms on Temu, SHEIN and even alibaba. If I would’ve ordered from them it would’ve toon forever to get to me! Her prices you can’t beat either ! I got them by the end of the week so the shipping was fast! I will definitely be shopping again !

Izzy was extremely helpful when I reached out to ask whether her products would work with a specific material we had in mind. It’s incredibly difficult to find Sailor Moon products, and finding something suitable for my daughter’s Homecoming Mum was even harder. Thankfully, I found Izzy’s website!

Her customer service was excellent, shipping was fast, and the product was perfect. Thank you so much, Izzy, and thank you for the thoughtful gift! We truly appreciate it! 💕

Quick response time, accommodating, excellent quality products, and very fast turn around! Thank you!
